New Ethical Channel for the Holding
Published on
At Softquo we have launched our Ethical Channel - a confidential and reliable space where employees can report concerns about misconduct, compliance or ethics, knowing they will be heard and protected.
This initiative goes beyond meeting the requirements of the EU Whistleblowing Directive (2019/1937). Yes, the law demands secure reporting systems. But we see it as an opportunity to make transparency part of our culture, not only policies.
For a global betting holding like ours, operating in multiple markets, these protections are crucial. They help us:
- Strengthen corporate governance by ensuring early detection of risks.
- Safeguard our reputation in an industry where credibility is everything.
- Protect our people, guaranteeing a respectful, fair and harassment-free workplace.
And the numbers prove that’s true. Companies with strong whistleblowing systems detect fraud and misconduct up to 50% faster. Also, employees in organisations with safe reporting channels show higher trust, stronger engagement and greater loyalty.
How our Ethical Channel works
Our Ethical Channel is confidential, accessible and protected by law under Spain’s Law 2/2023 on the protection of whistleblowers. Employees and third parties can raise concerns directly through our official website, using a secure platform that guarantees anonymity.
Every report goes straight to our Compliance Officer and is reviewed with objectivity and care. Retaliation is not tolerated - ever. What matters is that concerns are heard, addressed and resolved with fairness.
This channel complements our Code of Ethics and Prevention Manual, reinforcing our commitment to legality, integrity and respect in every part of our business. By giving everyone a safe way to speak up, we build a culture where responsibility is shared and trust grows stronger.
The message is clear: your voice matters. If you see something that compromises our values, speak up. The Ethical Channel is here for all of us - to keep Softquo strong, transparent and accountable.
